If you have any questions relating to these terms and conditions please write to our customer services team at customerservice@routebleueparfums.com» As per our policy, we do not provide cash refunds, however, we do offer product exchanges which will be solely at our discretion depending on the circumstances prevailing at the time of such request. We are under no obligation to exchange the products after they have been delivered to you.
» Any product which has been purchased online and then brought to our boutiques for custom engravings with the complimentary “engraving voucher” - will not be entitled for either Return or Refund once the engraving form has been signed and product has been given to staff for engraving.
» The returned product must be in brand new condition - fully sealed, unused and untampered, satisfactory to our Management's discretion.
»If you receive any items which are faulty or damaged please return the items within 14 days and we can either offer a refund or replacement. At the discretion of our management, we may require photographical evidence to support claims for damages.
»You may browse the website freely and your obligation to pay will only be effective after you click the ‘PAY NOW’ button. You are free to go back and edit your order till then.
» Delivery options will be conveyed to you when you receive our Confirmatory mail.
