5.1 After you place an Order, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt. The Contract is formed only when we send you a Dispatch Confirmation indicating the product has been shipped.

5.2 Full payment must be received by us before dispatching any products.

5.3 Only products listed in the Dispatch Confirmation are obligated for delivery under that Contract. Any other products which were part of your original Order but not confirmed in dispatch are not part of that Contract.

5.4 We may refuse or cancel any Order at our discretion.

5.5 You warrant that all information provided in placing an Order is true, accurate, current, and that you are authorized to use the payment method.

5.6 You must be at least 18 years old to place an Order. 

6. Price & Payment

6.1 Prices shown are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect Orders already accepted by Dispatch Confirmation.

6.2 Delivery charges, taxes, VAT, or any other fees will be displayed before you pay and are your responsibility unless otherwise stated.
